Terms of Service
Effective 31 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LogicLegion website and control plane for agentic software delivery (the "Service") provided by LogicLegion ("LogicLegion", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, or by agreeing to an order that references these Terms, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by them.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
LogicLegion provides a governed control plane that routes agent work through gates, policies, and an evidence trail. The Service records process and custody evidence; it does not warrant that any agent output is correct, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for human review and for the decision to ship.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend access for conduct that violates that policy or that poses a security or legal risk.
4. Customer content and data
You retain all rights in content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant LogicLegion a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and support the Service. Where LogicLegion processes personal data on your behalf, the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement apply.
5. Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in the applicable order or plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by LogicLegion and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant no rights to the Service except as expressly stated.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party tools and execution environments. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and LogicLegion is not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. LogicLegion does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that agent output will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Each party's aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and you may export Customer Content as described in the Privacy Policy and any order.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by other reasonable means, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
