Privacy Policy
Effective 31 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LogicLegion ("LogicLegion", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use our website and the LogicLegion control plane for agentic software delivery (the "Service"). It is written to align with applicable United States privacy laws, including Washington State law, and supports customers subject to other regimes, such as the EU and UK GDPR, through appropriate contractual terms.
1. Who we are
LogicLegion determines the purposes and means of processing personal data about visitors to our website and account holders. Where LogicLegion processes customer content on behalf of an enterprise customer, LogicLegion acts as a service provider or processor and the customer directs that processing; it is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the parties.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, work email, organization, role, and authentication credentials (including passkeys).
- Customer content — specifications, tickets, code references, evidence, traces, approvals, and related artifacts you or your agents submit to the Service.
- Operational and telemetry data — logs, gate transitions, evaluation results, audit events, and usage metrics generated by your use of the Service.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and similar data collected automatically when you visit the website.
- Preference data — settings stored on your device, such as your light/dark theme choice (see our Cookie Policy).
3. How we use data and our legal bases
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to provide, maintain, and support the Service for you and your organization.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent abuse, debug, improve features, and maintain auditability, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws, including responding to lawful requests.
- Consent — where required, for example for non-essential cookies or certain communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Memory and agent processing
The Service may use governed memory substrates and agent hosts to inform agent work. Retrieved memory informs processing but does not by itself authorize an action; gate authority rests with policies, approvals, and the evidence trail. Customer content is not reused across customers, and durable memory is promoted only through reviewed, tenant-scoped processes.
5. Sharing and sub-processors
We share personal data with vetted service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example, hosting, model inference, and observability providers). A current list is available on our Sub-processors page. We do not sell personal data.
6. Data location and international transfers
We host the Service on Google Cloud Platform in the continental United States, and personal data is processed and stored there. Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Customer content is retained per the customer's configuration and contract, with export and deletion paths available on request and on termination.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below.
9. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, scoped execution boundaries, and audit logging. See our Security overview for more detail.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by other reasonable means, and the "last updated" date above will be revised.
